What information needs to be provided when reporting an issue ?

You must provide the following info when creating a new support ticket.

Required information

Subject: A short descriptive explanation of your problem.

Category: Select the right category that explains your issue to enable the right team to handle your problem.

Message: A detailed description of the issue

Optional information

Image/Video: a link to an image or video that could provide more information about your problem.
